As global transformation to green and more sustainable energy boosts our business at an unprecedented pace the appointment matches our daily management capacity building.
Peter Koenig Overgaard brings with him decades of relevant business knowledge including 8 years with Vestas and management team experience from 4 years with Chinese wind turbine manufacturer Envision Energy based in Shanghai.
In his new position as Chief Operating Officer Peter Koenig Overgaard will take responsibility for daily management of our on- and offshore projects globally including quality, health, security, and environment (QHSE), supply chain as well as order handling. As sustainable energy solutions revolutionize energy sectors globally Peter Koenig Overgaard will play a key role in the Østermark Grouting transformation.
With 35 years of international experience Østermark Grouting is a global leader in on- and offshore grouting – acknowledged worldwide to deliver premium high-quality installation, test, sealing, maintenance, and repair. Only 5 grouting enterprises worldwide are licensed to build foundations for on- and offshore wind turbines – Østermark Grouting being one of them.
Headquartered in Holstebro in central Denmark with world leading wind turbine manufacturers in our backyard we have grown to carry out 95% of our operations in the global market. We are eager and ambitious to grow our business even further – not least in the United States and Australia where markets and green energy transition gained significant momentum. As we embark high-profile projects in these markets and elsewhere in the world, we expect to face solid growth in the years to come.
