We are pleased to announce that, as part of a planned transition, Thomas Bak is taking over as CEO at Oestermark Grouting, succeeding Jens Erik Henriksen.
Thomas has worked as Head of Global Sales since 2016 and has been co-owner since 2019.

I will continue the work based on the visions and values at Oestermark Grouting. I will be focusing on our values, respecting our differences, having common goals, and keeping the customer in focus. Finally, I will be looking forward to working with all the professional and dedicated employees at Oestermark Grouting. This is what has brought us to where we are now.”
Besides Thomas Bak, the future management will include Claus Balleby. He has been a well-known face in the organization for more than 27 years. Claus Balleby will be Head of Operations.
