The Agnew Project has been awarded to the Chinese turbine manufacture Goldwind. The 18MW windfarm will consist of five GW140, 3.57MW Goldwind WTG’s, which has a hub height of 110-metre, and will be completed during next year.

The turbine-maker has made an agreement with Energy Developments regarding the Agnew wind farm project at the Gold Fields Agnew Gold Mine hybrid renewable energy project in the northern region of West Australia. This project is the first Australian mine to use wind generation as part of a large hybrid microgrid.

Goldwind has for this project made a joint-venture partner with NACAP to handle the EPC services to this project.

We have been awarded the grouting service of five wind turbines by NACAP and we look forward to fulfill our services during this year and thereby have the first Goldwind reference in Australia.
